Hartnett – Director
Rob Hartnett is the founder and director of Business Performance International.
He holds a bachelor of business and a postgraduate in applied finance and investment and he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, The Institute of Management Consultants and is an Associate of the New York State National Speakers Association.
Prior to forming Business Performance International Rob worked for BCA IT where he set the record for selling over one million dollars in Apple hardware in a single sale.
He then joined Apple Computer as a southern region channel manager followed by Hewlett-Packard as market development manager where he won the Asia Pacific High Achiever Award for taking HP Commercial PC's to number one in marketshare in under six months. At advertising agency Mojo, Rob worked on major brands such as Australia Post, Telstra, Jetstar, Nike, Trading Post, Hertz, Jetset and Fosters.
Rob is a dynamic and inspirational speaker on developing high performance businesses and has spoken to top 500 and global organizations, fast growing businesses, not for profit and industry associations in Australia and overseas.
He is the author of the best seller “Fast Times Ahead – the internet revolution and you” published in 2000 and most recently the runaway success “Small Business, Big Opportunity – winning the right customers through smart marketing and advertising” which has over 100,000 books in print.
Rob takes his passion for performance into sport where he is a former world champion yachtsman and motorsport enthusiast.

Bella Katz - Senior Consultant
Bella has 10 years international marketing and communications experience with industries including professional services, transport & logistics, lifestyle, travel, technology, publishing and the arts.
She worked in online marketing from its early commercialisation in 1999 and developed marketing for numerous online businesses including Telstra.com and Shell Australia. She was one of the early proponents of marketing to women online and created a series of initiatives around that emerging area. Bella has worked in England, Australia, Japan and NZ with some of the world's leading and diverse companies including Shell, Powerlift Nissan, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Worldwide, Loewy design, Jetabroad.com, Computacenter and BMCMedia.com.
Bella has a degree in English Literature from Auckland University and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Monash University. She has written for publications and has also been a commentator on Australian radio and in the international press on marketing issues.
Samantha Mutimer - Web 2.0 Specialist
Samantha Mutimer is an innovative, energetic and creative Web 2.0 Strategist and Internet Marketer, with experience in the latest strategies and functionalities within the Web 2.0 World. Stemming from her childhood desire to become a TV star, Sam set out to learn everything she could about self-promotion, and networking in an industry where it's not what you know, but who you know that counts.
Through the years, Ms. Mutimer has garnered recognition as a secondary physical education teacher, public speaker and presenter, as well as an executive and performance coach; she has also played rugby union for her country (England).
